Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of the Selluvo app, its online services and this website. Selluvo is published by zzStudio ("we"). By using Selluvo you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
What Selluvo is
Selluvo is a point of sale and shop record app. It helps you record sales, orders, payments, stock, customers and expenses. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use it for your own business, under these terms.
What Selluvo is not
- Not a payment processor. Selluvo records the payments you say you received. It does not move money, process cards, or check that a bank transfer arrived.
- Not a certified cash register or invoicing system. Selluvo does not issue tax invoices or fiscal receipts and is not certified under any country's cash register rules. You are responsible for meeting the tax, receipt and record-keeping rules that apply to your business.
- Not accounting, tax or legal advice. Reports are a summary of what you entered. Profit figures are estimates based on the costs you recorded.
Your records
Your shop's records are yours. You are responsible for what you enter, for keeping it accurate, and for having the right to store any customer details you record. Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled.
Backups and data loss
Selluvo saves records on your device first. A lost, broken or reset device can mean lost records unless you have a backup or cloud sync.
- You are responsible for keeping backups.
- Automatic backup runs while the app is open. It is not guaranteed to run in the background.
- A lost recovery password cannot be reset, and a backup encrypted with it cannot be opened.
Your account
You can use Selluvo without an account. Cloud sync needs you to sign in with Google or Apple. Keep your sign-in secure, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You can delete your account in the app at any time.
Selluvo Pro
Selling, products, stock, customers and receipts are free. Selluvo Pro is an optional purchase that adds cloud sync, automatic backup, more shops, longer reports, a receipt logo and extra counter themes.
- Pro is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play settings. Deleting the app or your Selluvo account does not cancel it.
- If a free trial is offered, you are charged when it ends unless you cancel before then.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- A lifetime purchase gives you Pro for as long as we offer Selluvo. It is not a promise that the service will run forever.
When Pro ends, Pro features stop and nothing is hidden or deleted on your device. Syncing stops, your online shop stays readable for 30 days, and you can download an export for 180 days.
Cloud sync has fair-use limits: up to 20 shops per account, and up to 1,000 files and 100 MB of photos and logos per shop.
Product data from barcode lookup
Barcode lookup fills in product details from Open Food Facts, an open database. The details can be incomplete or wrong. Check them before you rely on them.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Selluvo for anything unlawful or to sell goods you are not allowed to sell.
- Do not try to break, overload or get around the limits of our services.
- Do not copy, resell or reverse engineer Selluvo, except where the law allows it.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Selluvo reliable, but online features can be interrupted, and we may change, add or remove features. Selling on your device does not depend on our servers. If we stop offering Selluvo, we will give notice in the app or on this website so you can export your records.
Ending your use
You can stop using Selluvo at any time. We may suspend or end access to online features if you break these terms or misuse the service. Records on your device stay with you.
No warranty
Selluvo is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, lost data or indirect losses that come from using Selluvo, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for Selluvo in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms removes rights that the law says cannot be removed.
App stores
These terms are between you and zzStudio, not Apple or Google. Their own terms apply to downloads and purchases made through their stores.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms we will update this page and the date at the top. If you keep using Selluvo after a change, the new terms apply.
